Your Room: ~10 sqm, fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and lamp

📅 Rental Details
Minimum stay: 2 months
Maximum stay: 12 months (extendable)
Utilities: ~€150-200 per person
Cleaning service: €50 (Cleaning Lady comes bi weekly)
Total monthly cost: ~€1250-1300
Rent increase around 10th month of the year based on Dutch autorities

👋 About Me
I’m 34, and have been living in Amsterdam since 2020. After MBA from UvA, decided to stay in Ams.  
I work as Head of IT PMO at KIWA. I’ve previously lived in Budapest, Helsinki, Istanbul, and Ankara. I enjoy traveling, sports, festivals, gaming & reading. I speak Turkish, English, and some Dutch (A2 level).
