**Private Bedroom + Separate Private Living Room in Amsterdam – €1,300 All-In**

Available from [date]: a spacious, fully furnished living space in Amsterdam consisting of two completely private rooms:

* Private bedroom of 15.74 m²
* Separate private living room of approximately 10 m²
* Living room furnished with a sofa and television
* Approximately 25 m² of private space in total
* Shared kitchen, bathroom and toilet
* Gas, water, electricity and internet included
* Monthly rent: €1,450 all-in

The apartment also has two rooms that are rented to bnb guests, mainly for longer stays. I am therefore looking for a quiet, reliable and responsible tenant who is comfortable keeping an occasional eye on things and informing me in case of problems or excessive noise. No cleaning or daily bnb management is expected.

I mainly stay outside Amsterdam. When I occasionally spend the night in Amsterdam, I use my own separate bedroom with its own door. I do not enter the tenant’s private bedroom or living room.

The accommodation is suitable for one working professional who will treat the apartment respectfully and is comfortable sharing the common facilities with international guests.
