So you'll have **two private rooms** to yourself.

The apartment has a neat laminate floor, recently painted walls, and fast internet (1200/120 Mbps via Ziggo). It is furnished. **Optional:** you can purchase the IKEA mattress from the current tenant.

The shared areas are professionally cleaned **once a week**, and this is included in the rent.

**Please note:** Photos 1–6 show the apartment in its current condition. The last three photos show previous layouts by former tenants.

### What do you share?

You will share the hallway (10 m²), bathroom (5 m²), separate toilet, kitchen (10 m², without a dining table), and the rear balcony (5 m²) with **one female housemate**. She appreciates a mature, tidy home and a calm living environment.

The apartment received a **new refrigerator, induction cooktop, and washing machine** at the end of July 2026.

### Looking for:

✔️ Female, aged **28–43**, working, PhD candidate, or intern
✔️ Non-smoker (including no smoking outside)
✔️ Rental period: **minimum 3 months, maximum 10 months**
✔️ Security deposit: **1 month's rent**
✔️ Registration at the address is allowed
✔️ Works **at least 4 days per week on-site** (or more)
✔️ Values good communication, mutual respect, and personal boundaries
