✔️ Non-smoker (also not outdoors)
✔️ Minimum stay: 6 months, maximum 1 year
✔️ Deposit: 1 month’s base rent
✔️ Registration possible
✔️ You work full-time outside the home
✔️ You value communication, mutual respect, and respecting each other's boundaries. It's important that agreements are honored — such as notifying in advance about inviting guests or entering each other’s spaces. Also no noises between 00.00 - 7.00 am.
