About the place

My brother and I are looking for a roommate. Preferably a neat and sociable person (expats and other workers or job seekers).

Your room is a furnished room in our apartment on IJburg. By bike and/or public transport it is 15-25 minutes to the center of Amsterdam.

We are looking for a calm, neat, clean and reliable person who also respects the privacy of others.
 
Our house is fully furnished. You just need to bring your own clothes and enjoy life here 😉

The rental contract is for a minimum of 6 months. If necessary, registration is possible.

- Large living room with TV and sofa for comfort, separate modern kitchen with all appliances.
- Two toilets
- bathroom with a toilet, bath with shower, a separate shower and two separate washbasins.
- Washing machine (no extra costs)
- Roof terrace.

The rental price is € 900,- per month, including GWE and internet.
Deposit is one month.

The prepaid deposit will be returned to you when you move house if it is left clean and undamaged.
