About the place

As of January 1, 2025, there is a room of 14 2M for rent in Amsterdam.
Please respond if you are already in Amsterdam and can meet. I am looking for a flat-mate, preferably between 28-40. Bedroom is equipped with 160x200 cm bed and there is a flexibility in how you want to decorate it. I am looking for someone with a steady job who will not take drugs and will take care of things as their own.

There is also a big bathroom, separate toilet, equipped kitchen:
- You can register at the address
- A double bed and a small wardrobe
- Use of the Internet
- Your own refrigerator
- Use of a washing machine & dryer
- Use of a home trainer
- A cleaning lady comes once a week
And above all, feel free in the apartment.

I speak English and Dutch. Please feel free to ask any questions. IJburg is by car 25 min away from Schiphol and 15 min from Amsterdam city centre.

The rent will initially be entered into for a period of three months and if mutually satisfied, a longer period will be agreed.
