About the place

One room available from last week of April. Registration is available. The apartment is very recently constructed and very close to the Noord metro station. Max 5min of walking. The room is about 13m2. You will share the apartment with Ediz, male, 31-year-old who is working full-time. I'll ask for additional 1000 euro  to take over the room equipment (including bed, wardrobe, writing desk ( adjustable to your height), chair, and lightinings (3 lambs), curtains, kitchen cutlery and cleaning materials.  Everything in the room bought from IKEA and is quite new. There's also income requirement. You need to earn more than 2500 euro.
