About the place

One room available from 1st of April. Registration will be available. The apartment is very recently constructed and very close to the Noord metro station. Max 5min of walking. The room is about 13m2. You will share the apartment with my friend, male, 31-year-old who is working full-time. I'll ask for additional 750 euro  to take over the room equipment (including bed, wardrobe, writing desk and lightinings) since everything in the room is quite new. There's also income requirement.
