About the place

Dear People,

I want to share my cozy and luxury place. Therefore the room downstairs will be sublet. 

We are looking for someone who wants to enjoy a peaceful place in the nature but close by the city. Please also it is important clean and tidy 
person. An animals lovers is a plus.  Who has hobbies and a positive mindset, worker.  Who has a sustainable lifestyle. 
*No work from home, no smoker, no couples.

*About the room:
-There is a big bed, 2 closets and bedside table. 
- Registration is possible of course.
- Price: 1250 euros excl.
- Deposit: 2 months

*Location: the property is located is close to Artis, 10 min to the center and central station by bike.

*Who I am?
An European Argentinian woman, medical doctor. I am passionate about Animals. I’m vegan-  animal cruelty free. I have a sustainable lifestyle. 
My hobbies: gym, read, movies, write, help all animals in need.
I have 2 lovely dogs. They are very playful and cute.

You can be independent, but if you feel to watch a movie with us, you are always welcome!
