Hi! I’m Florencia, 29 years old, and currently looking for a flatmate.

A bit about me: I work as a software engineer and would describe myself as friendly, chatty, and easygoing. I’m quite independent and spend most of my time working, going to the gym, seeing friends, or staying with my boyfriend.

I’m looking for someone relaxed who enjoys occasional friendly moments — maybe a coffee in the morning or a short chat in the evening. I like to keep the apartment clean and organized, so it’s important that we both value a tidy and comfortable living space. I enjoy cooking, I’m not much of a party person, and I usually meet friends once or twice a week.

I spend roughly half of the week at the apartment and the other half at my boyfriend’s place, so you should be comfortable with him visiting from time to time. I’m planning to stay for 1–2 years while I work toward buying my own place in Amsterdam, and I’d ideally like a flatmate with similar plans.
