About the place

* I, a social, working woman (45+), am looking for a friendly, quiet, working roommate (30yrs. or older) to share this lovely apartment with.


* Bright, quiet, well-maintained, (approx. 70 m² including roof terrace) apartment in a beautiful street in De Pijp. (near Albert Cuyp market, Ceintuurbaan, Sarphatipark). 

* Shared living room/open kitchen, shower/toilet, roof terrace with a 360° view(!) and each person has their own bedroom. 



*Furnished bedroom with a private balcony for you. (garden side). Living room can be arranged/furnished in consultation.

Includes stove/oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher. 4th floor, no elevator.


* Available: 
(mid) May/June. An extensive introductory is important due to the shared responsibility for the rent.


* Who am I looking for?:
(30+), working (nót full-time from home), social life mainly outside the house. (as is mine). 
Someone who comfortably does their own thing and is independent. 

* Rent: € 1375,- per month per person excluding electricity (heat pump), water, internet, and municipal taxes. 


*Deposit: 2 months' rent per person (to the landlord).
New joint contract for both of us, initially for 1 year, then terminable. 
You can demonstrate to the landlord (and also to me) that you can afford the rent.
