About the place

* I, a social, working woman (45+), am looking for a friendly, quiet, working female roommate (30 years or older) to share this lovely apartment with.

* Bright, quiet, well-maintained apartment (approx. 70 m² including roof terrace) in a beautiful street in De Pijp area. (close to Albert Cuyp market, Ceintuurbaan, Sarphatipark).

* Shared living room/open kitchen, shower/toilet, roof terrace with a 360° view (!), and each person has their own bedroom.

*Bedroom with a private balcony for you (garden side).
Living room layout can be discussed, for more private space for you.

* Including gas stove/oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher. 4th floor, no elevator.

*Available from June. A good introduction is important due to the shared responsibility for the rent.

* Who am I looking for?: (30+), working (not working full-time from home), social life mainly outside the home (as is mine). Someone who enjoys doing their own thing and is independent.

* Rent: € 1375 per month per person, excluding electricity (heat pump) ~ €80p/m  , water, internet( ~ €20 p/m) , and municipal taxes(~ € 400 p/y).

* Deposit: 2 months' rent per person (to the landlord). New joint contract for us together, fixed for 1 year, then terminable. You can demonstrate to the landlord (and also to me) that you can afford the rent.
