About the place

Hello,

-Room is for 1 person only!
-minimum stay 6 months or longer
-Room is available from end of this month and will be rented out directly.

Furnished room available from end of this month for at least 6 months or longer. Situated in the Rivierenbuurt area opposite the RAI and in a quiet family friendly environment. Situated next to the beautifull Beatrixpark. Situated accross metro station and trainstation RAI.
We are looking for a tenant who is quiet, calm and a neat person, focused on his future with work or study, with a day rhythm and no night rhythm. The room is to stay overnight and daily you are serious about your studies or work. You clean up your mess and leave toilet and bathroom clean after use.
The ambience in the house is like a library, it is quiet and we want to keep it that way.
Therefore, loud music, loud phone calls, frequent walking in and out of the house is not desired. There is no obligation to eat together, everyone is completely on their own. Do not feel obligated to have social interactions. 
Room is for 1 person only. People staying overnight such as, one night stands, friends, girlfriends, couchsurfers, fwb's, family members is not allowed.
If you have an active social life, go out during the week and like to party on weekends, this is not the place for you. 
Lots of rules, but it is wonderfully quiet in the house and we want to keep it that way.
If you like classical music, reading and nature then it fits well.
