A large private room to yourself. heater and internet already installed. Housewares as shown in the profile. 

All other space are shared, loo, kitchen, fridge, bin, bathroom etc.

As it's a shared flat, common rules like no loud volume after sleeping hours, cleaning your own mess right after use and respect each others are required. 


rental period at least 1 month. deposit twice the rent. deposit refunded within 1 week of checking out.
