For rent: Furnished room for students in Amsterdam
The complex is located in Amsterdam- De Omval. Within the complex there are several rooms for student housing and it has a spacious entrance and parking lot. Within a few minutes you are in the center of Amsterdam where you will find all the desired amenities such as: various shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. There are also bus stops within walking distance and by using public transport you can reach the central station or the many colleges and university of Amsterdam within approx. 30 minutes.
The rooms, maximum habitable by 1 person, vary in size between 17 m² and 32 m² and all have a neat finish. The kitchen and sanitary facilities are shared with approx. 5 fellow residents, the rooms do have their own sink with hot and cold water. There are also several washing machines and dryers per floor. As an extra service, there is WIFI and a connection for cable television in every room. The rental price of a furnished room of 23 m² is € 575, - excluding advance payment for utilities and service costs (of € 190, -) per month. The deposit is twice the monthly rent excluding.
This rental price is indicative for the stated area, but the final rental price may be slightly higher or lower depending on whether the assigned studio is larger or smaller.
Providing a valid student declaration is mandatory for this location. Only students are allowed to live here.
