About the place

A cozy room becomes available at Vensepolder (between Amsterdam Duivendrecht and Bijlmer) from the end of September onwards.

The apartment building is well located near metro/train/bus stops and you can reach Weesperplein in less than 20 minutes. The area is residential, green and quiet. A shopping center (Bijlmer) is nearby.

The flat is 57m2, where the kitchen, bathroom and storage area are shared with another person (me). There is no living room unfortunately. The kitchen is fairly well equipped and is always kept clean.

The room itself is ~12m2, plus you have a built-in wardrobe that is likely to fit all (or most) of your clothes. The room is furnished and you get an inside-yard view (i.e., very quiet).

You will share the space with me, a somewhat introverted person who likes tidiness and quietness around the house. I work from home all the time and like bike/hike trips, board games and nerdy things. I am looking for a clean, responsible and calm person who also has some experience living with other people.

This is a short-term rent without registration. The price is €650 p.m. incl. There is a deposit of 1 month’s rent.

First available for ~3/4 months, then we can see if we want to live together longer.
