About the place

I have a room available in my house in the Rivierenbuurt, Amsterdam, as of September 1st. I am the owner of the house, and it was fully renovated in 2017.
You’ll be sharing the house with me — I’m a 33-year-old consultant working full-time, and I’m looking for someone who has their own life. During the week, I expect a quiet and clean environment, without too many visitors. I often work from home, so it’s important that you work outside the house (at an office).

I’m clean, hardworking, and mostly occupied with work and sports during the week. On the weekends, I enjoy a glass of wine and spending time with friends.

The house is fully equipped with all necessities: internet, washing machine, oven, microwave, and as a bonus — we have a garden.

The room is about 7m², but there is additional storage space available outside the room. The rent is €1250 per month, including internet, gas, etc. The only exceptions are the yearly government taxes (which we will split) and the cleaning costs, which are €60 per month.
