The room includes all needed things- bed, mattress, table, storage for clothes, a TV inside the room. Outside the room, everything is newly furnished and clean- including dishwasher, washing machine/ dryer, microwave/ oven. Toilet and bathroom are under renovation and will be newly renovated before the move in! Apartment is only shared with 1 person and a very sweet dog who will follow you around.
