About the place

Room: The room and the roof terrace are located on the top floor of a two-storey apartment and also the top floor of the building with its own entrance. It is bright and neutrally decorated. From the room you directly reach the spacious roof terrace. A washing machine can be found in the entrance area of your floor.

Kitchen/bathroom: The kitchen and bathroom are located on the first floor of the apartment. The kitchen is spacious and bright with a small balcony with patio doors. The kitchen itself is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and combi oven. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Your roommate's room is also located on this floor.

Surroundings: The room is located on a quiet street in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid within walking distance of the Vondelpark and Rembrandtpark with a number of nice cafes, restaurants and shops around the corner. Amsterdam center is within easy reach by bike (5-10 minutes) and by car there is very good access to the A10 ring road. Public transport facilities are excellent and the Amsterdam Zuid and Lelylaan stations can be reached within less than 10 minutes. For runners, the Amsterdamse Bos can be reached without encountering a traffic light.
