The apartment is newly renovated near Wibautstraat metro station/the oosterpark (1091) near Amsterdam . The apartment is on the 3rd floor, Shared dinning kitchen, spacious living room with big OLED TV, bathroom, toilet and a balcony. Metro lines 51,53,54 and tram 1 and 3 are passing by. 10 minutes bike to Amsterdam central station.3 AHs , restaurants and bars, shops are closeby. The rate is 1900 exclusive and 1600 after allowance. House rules are no parties, no noise, no weeds and keep the place clean. 
Rate is exclusive but with registration. utilities, wifi internet and service cost is around 80 Euro per month. The kitchen is fully equipped with Siemens induction, toaster,  coffee machine, oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Both washmachine and a dryer are for use in the bathroom.
