Rooms in one nearly renovated apartment, near Wibautstraat metro station/the oosterpark in Amsterdam center is available for rent from now. Shared dinning kitchen, bathroom, toilet and the balcony, no living room. Metro lines 51,53,54 and tram 1 and 3 are passing by. 10 minutes bike to Amsterdam central station.3 AHs , restaurants and bars, shops are closeby. The rate is for one person one room, no couples. Because the neighbors are very sensitive to noise, house rules are no parties, no noise, no weeds and no frequent visitor. Rate is all inclusive, including utilities, furniture, bedding, wifi internet. Registration is possible but involve extra tax from gemeente.
