The 15 square meter room in one nearly renovated apartment,post code:1091 near Wibautstraat metro station/the oosterpark in Amsterdam center is available for rent from 1st Nov. The room includes a private balcony facing to south, build-in closet, a double box spring bed, desk, shelf, and a chair. Shared dinning kitchen, bathroom, toilet and the second balcony facing to north, no living room. Metro lines 51,53,54 and tram 1 and 3 are passing by. 10 minutes bike to Amsterdam central station.3 AHs , restaurants and bars, shops are closeby. The rate is for one person one room, no couples. Because the neighbors are very sensitive to noise, house rules are no parties, no noise, no weeds and no frequent visitor. Rate is all inclusive, including utilities, furniture, bedding, wifi internet. Registration is possible but with addtional cost. You are sharing the apartment with 3  working professionals.
