1 room in one newly renovated apartment near Wibautstraat metro station/the oosterpark (1091) near Amsterdam . The apartment is on the 3rd floor, Shared dinning kitchen, bathroom, toilet and a balcony with 3 working students. Metro lines 51,53,54 and tram 1 and 3 are passing by. 10 minutes bike to Amsterdam central station.3 AHs , restaurants and bars, shops are closeby. The rate is for one person one room, no couples. House rules are no parties, no noise, no weeds and keep the place clean. Rate is all inclusive, including utilities, furniture, bedding, wifi internet, cutlery . The kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, water boiler, coffee machine, oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Both washmachine and a dryer are for use in the bathroom  .
