About the place

This list is an temporary solution for August and maximum until the 15th of September. Rooms in one nearly renovated apartment,post code:1091 near Wibautstraat metro station/the oosterpark in Amsterdam center is available for rent from now. Shared dinning kitchen, bathroom, toilet , basement storage room, and a balcony, no living room. Metro lines 51,53,54 and tram 1 and 3 are passing by. 10 minutes bike to Amsterdam central station.3 AHs , restaurants and bars, shops are closeby. The rate is for one person one room, no couples.  House rules are no parties, no noise, no weeds and no frequent visitor. Rate is all inclusive, including utilities, furniture,  wifi internet.
