About the place

Room for rental in a 80m2 apartment in the best place you can imagine - De Pijp with registration. 

This is a top ad so make sure you read the whole description. I already signed the place and furnished it myself. I am 30, Indian, smoker and have been in Amsterdam for 5 years.

Preference is for guys who are extroverted and are in a similar phase of life as me - working so no students, single so active with going out and active socially and have their own friend circle and life here. Imp - Include "Daniel" in your message so I know you read this. This is (one of) the best apartment you can find in the Pijp and I will take my time with deciding but it is available right away if its a good match. 

About the room - Small in size a bed fits 2 already there from previous tenant. I have the bigger room and thus your share is 1175 out of 2500. excluding g.w.e

About the house - Fully furnished with everything you can think of. 

I have lived with flatmates for last 5 years and I enjoy having a good relation with my flatmate, watching the game together, having a drink etc.
