About the place

A room will become available in my apartment on Boelelaan in Amsterdam Zuid(as) of September 1, 2026. The room measures approximately 270 x 420 cm (±11.3 m²) and offers enough space for a bed, desk, and wardrobe.

The location is ideal: the apartment is across from the Zuidas and within walking distance of the Gelderlandplein shopping center, which includes an Albert Heijn XL, shops, restaurants, and Amsterdam Zuid Station.

The apartment features several comfortable amenities:

• Fully equipped kitchen with built-in appliances

You’ll be sharing the apartment with me. I’m looking for someone who wants to live in a pleasant and quiet environment. There’s room for socializing, but also for everyone to have their own space.
