About the place

Please read the ad carefully before contacting me. I have a furnished, clean and well located room available in my apartment. I live alone in the Amsterdam "Oud West" district really close to the city center, Vondelpark, Rembrandtpark. The apartment is on the second floor, fully equipped and furnished. There are three bedrooms, a small bathroom, a balcony, a washing machine, a dining room, internet access. I am a cleanliness freak so I am only looking for a very clean person, non-smoker, sociable, who likes to cook and share one or two meals during the week, who works 40 hours a week. I prefer to rent to a woman but not to couples, students or men. It is a short-term rental until you find another place to live.
