The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and desk, so you can move in right away. You’ll share the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet with other students, creating a friendly and social living environment.

Important:
- For male students only, up to 23 years old
- No smoking
- No pets

Rental details:
- Rent: €830 per month (including furnishing)
- Utilities: €85 per month
- Deposit: two months’ rent
- Available from: November 1st, 2025
- Contract duration: until August 31st, 2026, with the possibility of extension
