About the place

From 1st April: room available in a 2 bedrooms apartment in the Amsterdam West area - 5 minutes to Erasmuspark, all main supermarkets at walking distance. 10’ to Sloterdjik station.
The apartment has a spacious living room, a kitchen with new dishwasher, new washing machine, big storage space below and has a terrace overlooking a private garden.

You will share the house with me, 32 yo Italian woman and my 6 yo cat. Looking for somebody chill and clean, who considers home a place where to relax while respecting each other boundaries.

The room comes unfurnished (only with the bed frame). It's connected to the terrace overlooking a private garden.

Rent is € 900/month excl. utilities. Deposit is € 1050. Registration is possible.

First contract of 3 months with possibility of renewal.
