About the place

Room for rent in a beautiful, neat apartment in the heart of the Pijp on the Ceintuurbaan. Available from second week of October, or potentially from half October or end of October.

It is a small room in a neat and beautiful apartment around the corner from cozy streets and De Pijp metro station. Total size of the appartment is about 50m2.

The apartment has a small balcony at the front, a nice open kitchen with all modern conveniences, nice spacious bathroom, and neat furnishings.

I am a working, high educated young man of 33 years old, and I am looking for a social but quiet working housemate of 27-35 years old. Preferably highly educated and neat.

The room can fit a bed, a closet and a small desk if you arrange it conveniently. The room itself is empty except for a clothing cabinet that's still in there, the rest of the appartment is fully furbished (on the pictures it's still a bit empty, I will add some newer pictures). 

My hobbies are padel, golf, fitness and previously football and tennis, and I enjoy socializing but also reading, for example. A few days per week I work from home.
