From 14:30pm there is sun on the balcony till sunset.
The apartment is on the 5th floor, there is an elevator. 
It's a shared apartment with 1 other tenant, fully equiped kitchen.
Metro station Jan van Galenstraat is 5 min walk
Sloterdijk station is 2 metro stops away or 10 min cycle 
City center is 2025min cycle 

The rent includes:
-weekly cleaning of shared spaces
-Toilet paper, kitchen paper, handsoap
-gas, water, electrics
--all gouvernment taxes
-insurance
-wifi
-all service costs (building)
 
1 house rule: No chemical sprays, perfumes, showergels, shampoos & laundry detergents in the bathroom / all shared spaces due to allergies.

I am looking for a renter that works full time office hours. No students pls

Start of the contract is 8/9th of september for one trial month.
