About the place

Hi!
Im subletting my room as I am gonna travel for 5 months. 
The apartment is shared with a Dutch girl, although she is almost never around so you will enjoy a lot of privacy.

The tenant must commit to stay the whole 5 months. It will not be rented for 2 or 3 months.

The room is the main of the apartment and has direct access to the balcony. Everything works perfectly.

Visits will be held from 23-10 to 28-10
