About the place

Hi, my current flatmate is moving out so I am looking for someone who would like to take a big bedroom initially for a year (minimum). I am a 40yo single gay guy and I am travelling often, working from home or co-working spaces on my own projects and my ideal match would be a single guy or girl with stable work/studies (preferably from office) and income situation. I prefer to be on my own, do not need or want socialising so much but as a quiet, respectful and a clean guy I expect the same from my future flatmate!:)

The flat has two bedrooms and the rest of the space is shared. The room will be available from 1st May for a long term (exact date is discussable) and registration is also possible.
