About the place

I am looking for a clean roommate in my beautiful apartment in Oud-West Helmersbuurt. The neighborhood is very well-located, close to Leidseplein, Overtoom, and Kinkerstraat. The room is big and has access to the balcony.
The apartment is newly renovated in 2023.
I am a 23-year-old Master's student looking for a young professional or fellow student to room with beginning in July, though move-in is flexible. I am queer and trans and am looking for a roommate who is comfortable with that.
The apartment came unfurnished, but I have furnished the shared areas myself.
No couples, the apartment is approved for 2 sharers.
My current roommate is selling her room furniture for an extra fee if you are interested.
