About the place

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for someone to sublet the attic room in our cozy house in the center of Amsterdam on Bloedstraat, from November 17 to February 27. It’s a unique place, and everyone who’s lived here has really enjoyed it. We share the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a small terrace.

The rent is €900 per month, all-inclusive. The room is mostly unfurnished, but it does come with a desk, chair, storage bench, and mattress. We’ll gladly help you make it a bit cozier! However, keep in mind you might need to get a few extras, like pallets to place under the mattress. It’s ideal for someone looking for a temporary stay. The housemates are friendly and laid-back, and we’re hoping for someone who fits this vibe.

We all work quite a bit, so we like to unwind at home on weekends, though we also enjoy the occasional shared dinner. We also have a cat in the house.

One thing to note: the room is on the third floor, facing the street, and located above the bathroom. This means it’s best to ensure the bathroom door is closed when opening the attic door. I’m just mentioning this for transparency—I’ve lived here for five years without any issues.
