About the place

Who are we:
We are both working in Amsterdam (28 Dutch male and 26 Italian male). We eat together whenever we are both home, go for drinks frequently and hang out in the shared areas. The Italian is specialised in running hungover marathons while the Dutchie mostly shines in the night before.

Who are you:
We are looking for a social and easy going young working professional, preferably 24-28 Male. 


Price:
For the room itself the price will be 654.14 a month. The cost of utilities will be evenly distributed amongst us (currently around 100 per person).

Location:
Very nice and quiet neighborhood near Haarlemmerdijk. 5 min bike to Centraal and close to Albert Heijn.

Room:
The room is 8.5m2 and was recently renovated (painted/new floor) and has a beautiful high ceiling. You also have direct access to the shared balcony with a door in your room.

The room is immediately available.
