About the place

Available from July first a fully furnished room in a three floor townhouse in a residential area. Metro, bus stops and supermarkets within walking distance. Other tenants are female students from  France, Peru and 
 Vietnam. The room has a wooden bunk bed so sleepover of a friend is sometimes possible. No charges. Landlord has a young 16 year daughter reason why only female tenants are allowed. The tenants are happy with that policy. The room is fully furnished with carpet on the floor, desk and chairs. Enough space for clothes in the wardrobe, study books etc.
