About the place

Room for rent in Nieuwmarkt !
I hope you are all doing well. I´m soon leaving the Netherlands so my room will be for rent, with a house rental contract and registration within the municipality, from the 1st of July until the 31st of August, although the landlord will extend the contract for another year !
Rental conditions:
1 - 1250€ rent, excluding utilities.
2 - 2500€ safety deposit, to be returned when the contract terminates.
3 - 1 roommate (more information will be provided in the pm´s).
4 - 100€ for the room´s furniture 
Looking, preferably (not mandatory), for a male working adult within 23-30 years of age.
