About the place

The room is approximately 8m². The deposit is €2000, and registration is possible. The move-in date is negotiable.

The room includes a wardrobe you can use. Some of my items are in it, but there’s plenty of space left for you. There’s no bed, but I can arrange one in consultation with you. Additionally, there’s a built-in closet that will be entirely yours.

The rest of the house is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need: a living room and a separate kitchen with a dishwasher, built-in oven, and microwave. There’s also a washing machine and dryer. Plus, there’s a garden of over 30m²!

You’ll share the rest of the house with me (26). I work full-time, so I’m looking for someone who also has a job. I live my own life but value having a nice, friendly, and relaxed atmosphere at home. It would be great to occasionally do something fun together, share a meal, or enjoy a glass of wine.
