About the place

I'm looking for a flatmate! The room is spacious, around 8m². The deposit is €2000, and registration is possible. We can discuss the dates and renting for a longer period is possible. 

There is a wardrobe in the room that I use, but we can share it. The room doesn’t have a bed, but I can arrange one in consultation, and there is also a built-in closet that you can have entirely to yourself.

The rest of the house is fully furnished and equipped with all the essentials. It includes a living room and a separate kitchen with a dishwasher, built-in oven, and microwave. There's also a washing machine and dryer. Additionally, there’s a garden of over 30m²!

You will be sharing the rest of the house with me (26). I work full-time, so I’m looking for someone who works as well. I have my own life but find it important to maintain a friendly, cozy, and relaxed atmosphere at home, where we can occasionally do something fun, have a nice meal together, or enjoy a glass of wine.
