About the place

Hi everyone,
I’m currently a 2nd year PhD candidate and I have a 22m2 well furnished room with a balcony in a shared apartment close to Strandvliet (The furniture is in the room but not shown in the inspection photo shown below). The apartment has a large shared area and comes with a dishwasher, freezer, washing machine and dryer. I’m looking for someone to sign a long term contract (1 year at least, 2 years are more preferrable) (registration is possible). The apartment comes furnished and the living room is big.
- Rent is 1300 per month excluding utilities and internet (which is about 80 per month)
- Start date is asap
- Location: Zuid-Oost
- 25 mins to VU or UvA
- Grocery stores & gyms are nearby
- Roommate: a 27-year-old Chinese male PhD candidate studying physics
- Income required to sign the contract with the landlord. It would be perfect that if you're a PhD or postdoc.
- Viewing is possible for weekdays after 7pm
