Hi everyone!

I’m Rose, and I’m looking for someone lovely to enjoy my room while I’m away this summer. If you’re searching for a bright, cozy home in Amsterdam with lots of space and an amazing location, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Location

The apartment is located in beautiful Amsterdam Noord, just a few minutes from the ferry and right next to the Eye Film Museum. You can reach Amsterdam Central within minutes while still enjoying the calmer, greener, and more relaxed side of the city. Think morning ferry rides, sunset walks by the water, and great cafés around the corner. Noord truly has its own charm.

The Apartment

You’ll be staying in a spacious and bright apartment shared with my wonderful roommate during your stay. The apartment is fully furnished and ideal for one person or a couple looking for a comfortable summer home in Amsterdam.
What you’ll have:
•	A comfortable 10.9 m² bedroom with lots of natural light 
•	A large and cozy living room 
•	A spacious terrace perfect for coffee, lunches, or dinner evenings in the sun 
•	A large bathroom + separate toilet 
•	A fully equipped and welcoming home 
•	Super easy commute to the city center, universities, and work hubs 
Details
Available ideally from June 23rd until September 15th (flexible dates possible)
Rent: €1249/month (negotiable — I know how difficult the Amsterdam housing market can be and would love to find the right person)
