About the place

My room will be available for rent from 1st of December 2026 for 6 months with the possibility of extension. 
- Internationals welcome!!
- Furnished apartment and room (see pictures). 
- Rent: 1300€ / month (including utilities)
-must provide income slips OR guarantor docs 
- No pets allowed
- Viewings anytime this weekend/week
-you can leave the bed down it comes out to a double bed!! 
You will share the apartment with a lovely Italian woman who works and studies (AI!) We are looking for a responsible and tidy person who will take care of the place and fill it with love. 
Only 7 minutes by bike to De Pijp. The area is beautiful, with Albert Heijn, cafés, restaurants, shops within walking distance, as well as the lovely Oosterpark.
