About the place

Hey,
I'm looking for someone to sublease my studio for 4 months. The studio is furnished and comes with everything you need:
- internet
- kitchen utilities (small oven, fridge, cutlery, pots and pans .....)
- washing machines, a small gym, and a biking garage are in the building

It's super cosy and you have great view. It's quite and you are super fast everywhere you need to go :)


Also you would need to come by before so I can show you the studio and discuss everything (so pls don't text if that's not possible for you)

Requirements:
Student (yes, unfortunately required), non-smoking, tidy, can water my plans every now and then (no worry - it's easy :))
