I am offering one room for a reliable, easy to get along with and a responsible tenant.
You will be sharing the living room, kitchen, shower/toilet in a big apartment (84m2).
The building is new, located at IJ-Burg (Amsterdam East) with plenty of shops/supermarket around and accessible tram(26) wich goes to Central Station within 20-25 minutes.
The beach is around the corner (2 minutes walk)
I prefer someone that is clean and hygienic(!) and can keep the apartment clean and tidy.
Registration possible.
It is a shared appartment, i live there as well.
I prefer long term renting.
