NO STUDENTS (SORRY)
I’m subletting my cozy 11 sqm room on the 8th floor of a spacious apartment in Amsterdam for at least 2 months, with the possibility of extension. The rent is €820/month including all bills, with a 1-month deposit (€820). Please note that registration is not possible at this time.  

The apartment is located in a peaceful residential area, so it’s not a "party house". It’s within walking distance of AH and Jumbo, Kruidvat, Etos, a pharmacy, tram stops 7 and 26, and bus stops 65 and 43—super convenient for getting around the city!  

You’ll be sharing the flat with two wonderful women in their 30s. We’re preferably looking for a working woman in her 30s who appreciates a calm and cozy home.
