I have a room available in a basement appartment, located in Venserpolder.
Very close to public transportation in all directions. 
5 min. walking to train-metro stations Amsterdam-Arena and Duivendrecht. 
15 min to the city center by metro and direct bike routes to the city.

The room is 13 m2 big. You don’t need to bring anything apart from your luggage,
as the apartment is fully equipped. 
There are two single bed in the room, cabinets, Refrigerator,LCD Television, 
Cable tv and so on.
There are also fast internet connections + WI-FI in the room, 24 hours.

Shared garden, kitchen and bathroom with me & my ex gf(when she visit me).
Registration is possible.

The price is E 400,-- a months. Inc. G/W/E.
For 2 person together E 600,--.
Registration is possible and cost E 50,- a month extra for taxes.
One months rent as a safety deposit to give back when you leave the room.

There is also a very large shopping center (Amsterdamse Poort) on walking distance.
