Upstairs is unfurnished so you can set it up however you like – bedroom, office, studio – and it includes built-in storage.
There are cabinets both upstairs and downstairs, so storage won’t be an issue.
You have your own private staircase inside the room – no need to share with anyone, full privacy.

The apartment is very clean, and the shared bathroom is newly renovated and in excellent condition.
You’ll be living with a super friendly and easygoing flatmate – respectful and neat.

Rent is all-inclusive – water, electricity, heating, and other utilities are all covered.
