Together with the other AD from my previous post, we also rent out the 2nd floor which we used to use as big living room (70m2),  there's one set of cabinets, a sink, and a small refrigerator for drinks. 
This room has the best view, totally bright, and more suitbale for a person who need a bigger space, it can have all you need (bed, table, closet, sofa, etc)
Rent: 1480 euro
Deposit : 2 months rent
