About the place

Roommate wanted starting October 11 in De Baarsjes! (male, working, 22–28)

From October, a room will become available on Balboastraat as I will be moving out. The room is located in De Baarsjes, within walking distance of several supermarkets, parks, gyms, and cafés.
You can reach the city center within a 10-minute bike ride. Everything you need is close by. 

The unfurnished room is 9 m² and costs €800 per month including utilities (deposit €1400). Taxes will be settled later.

The room is available for a minimum of 12 months, with the option to extend. The apartment is fully equipped and has an attic space where you can work from home. Registration is possible!

You will be living with one working housemate. If you’re someone who is busy with work during the week but enjoys your free time on weekends, send a message! Please only respond if you can move in from October.
