This a short term rent for up to 3 months. The location is ideal! Situated between Ceintuurbaan and the RAI congress center, almost in the center of the city. Your room has a private, isolated entrance through a short hallway from the entrance door. The kitchen is accessible through the balcony. The bathroom and toilet are separate. 

All types of public transport to every part of the city: metro, tram 12, 24, 3(150m-300m). Supermarkets AH & ALDI (150m & 280m). The famous Albert Cuyp Market is just 550m away.

The apartment is mine, and I appreciate a neat, quiet person with a steady income, whose privacy I also respect. :)
